Croissants

They are loaded in fat, calories no nutrient yet not satisfying. Choose eggs and whole grains toast instead.


Low-Fat Yogurt

Low fat yogurt is high in sweeteners that can spike your blood sugar without the dairy fat that can help you feel full. Instead choose plain, full-fat yogurt with granola, fresh berries, and nuts instead as they are rich in fiber and more satisfying.


Muffins

Muffins and cake are both full of refined white flour, sugar, and fat in addition more calories and not satisfying.


White Rice

White riche spike and crush blood sugar and eventually you will feel hunger instead try basmati rice or brown rice instead.


Egg Whites

The yolk is nature’s “complete protein” thanks to amino acids, which your body uses to build cells. So eat whole eggs as eggs whites are low in calories and you will not feel satisfied. Arecent research shows that the amount of saturated fat and cholesterol in a whole egg isn’t likely to be bad for you.


Cereals with Artificial Sweeteners

These cereals are labelled as reduced sugar. Sweeteners don’t spike blood sugar but you still feel hungry as you have low calories and sweet taste.


Fruit Juice

They lack of fiber: the full filling nutrient. In addition they spike your blood sugar and then you will feel hungrier.


White Bread

It doesn’t have fiber and then you will feel hungrier. Instead option for whole grain bread.


French Fries

Baked or boiled potatoes will satisfy your hunger better than fried potatoes. As frying make potatoes lose their benefits. Typically they are high in salt and fat.


Alcohol

Drinking alcohol is usually accompanied with spike in blood sugar along with hunger sensation.


Doughnut

It’s a sugar bomb that piles on the calories without any nutrition. The white flour breaks down quickly into sugar, and the glaze adds more to spike and crash your blood sugar. Combine that with almost zero nutritional value, and you’ll be hungry again in no time.


Soda

People who drink soda get more calories in a day as they make you feel hungrier or it is maybe due to high sugar content that spike blood sugar.
