Weight loss: Exercises to get rid of abdominal fat - Lose belly fat with this easy and effective workouts

Belly fat in the abdomen area can be very dangerous as it affects overall health and increase risk of chronic diseases. Today I will mention some exercise that may lower abdominal fat.


Introduction:

Losing belly fat can be difficult as spot reduction does not exist and women especially tend to store fat around their stomach. Many causes exist like pregnancy, sitting for long hours and poor quality diet.

Exercise along with high fiber diet can be helpful to lose belly fat. In addition you can choose workout that target abdominal area.


The boat pose or V-ups

The boat pose is a popular Yoga pose that people trying to lose abdominal fat can include in their workout. The pose puts the muscles at the core and muscles in the legs to use and stretch them. This can really help in losing any extra mass in these areas and give you the flat belly you have been aiming at.


Bicycles

The bicycles exercise uses almost all your body muscles except your arms and is very beneficial in reducing belly fat or abdominal fat. The bicycles exercise requires you to vigorously move your legs and lower abdomen which can help in burning fat in that region.


Crunches

They are the way to go for a flat belly and are popular as they work specifically on the core muscles and can strengthen your body and help you lose weight effectively.


Supermans

One of the most interesting sounding exercises, supermans requires you to lay on your stomach and raise your legs and arms as high as possible. As easy as it may sound, holding the pose can be really difficult and will make you rethink your childhood dreams of being a superman. Having said that, there is no denying the benefits of the exercise in losing fat.


Bow pose

The last exercise is the bow pose in Yogic asanas that requires you to convert your body into a bow of the 'bow and arrow'. This can really help in losing weight from the back, hips and the stomach. It is indeed a great exercise and can also aid digestion.
