Stroke

You mood is affected after you get stroke as it affects the part of brain related to manage emotions. It’s typical to feel frustrated, anxious, sad, and angry.


Alzheimer’s Disease

Mood and personality changes are the early signs of getting this disease. These people tend to get upset easily especially if they are out of their comfort zone. In addition to mood changes you tend to be forgetful, confused, or you start struggling for words.


Autism

If a person has autism it is easily to get angry especially if one thing on the mormal schedule get changes. Aggression, overreaction to loud sounds or noises, and even hurting yourself can all be symptoms of autism.


Depression

Felling irritated or restless are signs of depression and sure they affect your mood. You can also be prone to angry outbursts.


Diabetes

A big dip in blood sugar may make a big change in your mood. You may find yourself angry, crying, or confused. If you’ve had diabetes for a while, you may not have the milder symptoms of low blood sugar and skip right to these more serious symptoms.


Epilepsy

Certain type of seizures like simple partial seizures affect your emotions and your brain.


Liver Failure

mood changes and irritability can be due to liver disease as build up of toxins affect how the brain works.


PMDD

Anger and irritability are normal before menstrual cycle.


Menopause

Mood changes are normal if you are menopause and this is due to hormonal changes as well you are not getting your period anymore make you angry.


Overactive thyroid

When thyroid work overtime,that can make you nervous, restless, anxious, and irritable. But you’ll likely have other symptoms, too, like weight changes or bowel issues.


Wilson’s Disease

It is a type of disease when your body can not get rid of extra copper and the result will be mood, behaviour and personality changes.


Medication

Some medications like statins that lower cholesterol have been linked with angry and mood changes. For some people, these drugs can cause aggressive, angry, and violent behavior.


How to Spot an Anger Problem

Anger is normal but when you find yourself unable to handle a situation frequently than your anger becomes a problem.


You might have a problem if your anger is often intense, you hold on to it for a long time, and have gotten verbally or physically abusive because of it.


Ways to Ease Your Anger

If your anger is due to medical reason you can stil find ways to control it. You may go for exercise, taking deep breathing,meditation and relaxation. You can also find solution to handle situation and adjusting your over reacting. Always consult your doctor to get started managing your anger!
