Your Sleep Schedule Is Off

Too much or too little sleep for less than 5 hours may affect your weight loss, as it affects hormones controlling your appetite and hunger. As you have uncontrolled sleep patterns you may skip your workout too.


You Don’t Drink Enough Water

Drinking water is really important to stay hydrated, as you skip drinking water you may be drinking sodas and sugary drinks and thus you will not lose weight.


You Wait Too Long to Eat

Have longer time between meals may slow down metabolism and let you feel hungry and as a result, overeating happens and add extra pounds.


You Eat Out Too Often

Eating at restaurant keep your weight uncontrolled as light meals have too many calories. Making home-made meals may be helpful in weight loss plan as they tend to be healthier and low caloric.


You Sit All Day

If your job is a desk one so you will not lose extra weight as you are sitting all the time. Go for a walk of 10 minutes during the day


You Reward Workouts with Food

Exercise is essential in diet plan as building muscles increase metabolic rate. Binge eating after exercise may avoid benefits of a long sweaty day.


You Overdo the Alcohol

You may gain weight if you overdo alcohol like 3 or more cups daily. Stick to light or moderate choices is better.


Stress Gives You Snack Attacks

When you feel stress you pick up unhealthy high-calorie snacks and this adds more weight.


You Make Quick Food Decisions

Even if you are fit and doing your workout daily but eating fast food this will not help I weight loss strategy. Try to schedule your meals and snacks in addition to your exercise.

Your Thyroid Is Sluggish

Thyroid problem may add 5-10 pounds to your body as it is essential in controlling hormones involved in energy. You may feel bloated as you regain more water and salt.

Ask your doctor for medication.


You’re Pregnant

Healthy weight gain during your pregnancy is a good thing. If you’re at an average weight before you get pregnant, it’s good to gain 25 to 35 pounds. Go for whole foods like fruits, veggies, grains, and proteins that nourish you and your baby.


Medications

Anti-histamine drugs and steroid affect your metabolism as they increase appetite.


You’re in Menopause

If you’re like most women, you may find your weight creeps up during menopause. Changes in your hormones, less muscle mass, and too little sleep from hot flashes can all lead to added pounds. If you wake up tired, you’re more likely to want to munch on snacks for a boost of energy later in the day. Your genes may also make you more likely to get a “spare tire.”

Health problems may affect weight loss plan, seek a doctor help when you are not losing weight even you are following the right recommendations.
