Some people prefer to follow tips instead of a diet, here are some to help you in weight management:
Never ever skip your breakfast to avoid fasting status
Don't overfill your plate, always try to control portion size
Three main meal during the day
Eat two snacks daily( healthy choices) to avoid hunger and increase satiety
Drink enough water
Avoid late eating in night
Let your last meal be 2 hours before sleeping
Always use a list to shop
Fruit jar is better than cookies basket
Exercise 5 times weekly for 60 minutes
Always use stairs instead of elevator
