This is what you need to know about diet and exercise if you're trying to lose weight

We all know that people who have setting goals for weight loss need to have both weight loss plan and exercise. What is really important than weight loss is to choose nutritious food that provide your body with all essential nutrients while still result in weight loss. For me what you eat matter more than exercise. Exercise improved weight loss goals but cannot be efficient without diet plan. Moreover, people who exercise regularly tend to maintain weight faster than people who don’t.


This does not mean that exercise is not important as exercise is really important for improving your cardiac function, improving your metabolic rate, improving your muscle mass, improving your immune system, and circulatory system.


Weight loss is not simply cutting on calories and just doing simple exercise it is more than that it is a whole lifestyle change. What suit your body is different than other, each one has specific response to different type of diet
