We all know that weekend is for relax and feeling free but it is the time to make some little lifestyle changes that can make big changes in your weight loss plan.

Get moving

Okay the weekend is to be relaxed from the whole tired week at work. But wait you can still enjoy your time without sitting in your bed? What about a sport with your family or running to pump up? Don’t forget to do an exercise that you will not do it usually into your regular schedule.


Meditate

You should find time to meditate after a whole stressful week and you can relax your mind.


Cheat meal:

Yes it is the time for cheat meal and you deserve it after one week of a diet. But make sure to cheat on small meals not on whole day. Listen to your heart not to your brain!


Sound sleep

Yes it is the best time to get enough sleep after a week of irregular sleep. The idea is to wake up at the same time as regular days so that you sleep well that night, and the cycle is not disturbed. A night of sound sleep is very important to reduce stress levels and keep you energetic to work out the next morning.


Hydration

Drink enough water is really important for healthy skin, hair and body. Moreover, it is important for weight loss plan. Make sure you are getting enough water in your weekend.
