What Is Vinegar?

It is made when bacteria will be fed on sugar and alcohol in juices, wine, honey and others. Products are acetic acids and other nutreitns. Apple cidar vinegar is one type, it has mild flavor and offer no additional benefits on health rather than other types.


Lose Weight

There is no scientific evifdence that vinegar help in quickweight loss but others show a reduction in belly fat after consumption of one or two ounces of vinegar.


Lower Blood Sugar

Vinegear help in controlling blood sugar after meals and this is very helpful for diabetic patient. Adding one teaspoon at mealtime add benefits to your health.


Insulin Control

It keeps insulin level low after mealtime as high insulin level lead to resistance and as a result diabetes and uncontrolled blood sugar.


Fighting Germs


It kills some bad bacteria as it contains acetic acid. But it is not good for burns or injuries.


Dandruff

There is no evidence that vinegar kills fungus or yeast. So always refer to your dermatologist if medical shampoo dont work.

Some people say vinegar is a good way to get rid of these little critters and their eggs. But no scientific evidence to confirm the use of vinegar..

Talk to your doctor or use whitening toothpaste if no results after brushing your teeth with vinegar for 30 minutes.

Some say the mother gives vinegar more health benefits because the live bacteria act as "probiotics," but there's no scientific evidence yet.

Vinegar can burn your skin so avoid using it even in small amount.

More Is Not Better

It is okay to add 1-2 tablespoon per day to your daily meals. But too much can affect stomach, teeth and lower potassium level In addition, vinegar interact with laxatives, drugs for diabetes and heart disease band water pills. Always ask your doctor before you use it.
