Introduction:
Common problem in winter is weight gain and sure it is due to high food intake especially fat comfort food, less fruits and vegetables in addition you will move less. Instead think about winter as a season for lifestyle changes when adding some vegetables may help you to loose fat and extra weight.
Broccoli
It is packed with fibre that help you feel full for longer period, rich in vitamins and low in calories; adding it to your diet ma help you lose extra weight and improve your health as it decrease cancer risk especially breast cancer.
Cauliflower
It is rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals; in addition it provides 25 calories per cup and it is easy to be added to your diet.
Kale
It is full in vitamins like A, B6, potassium and C. This cruciferous vegetable that grows best in cold weather is loaded with isothiocyanates, which increases your body's detoxifying power. It is a healthy choice and help you in weight loss.
Brussels sprouts
They are part of balanced diet and they help you to lose weight. They help you to feel full for longer period due to water content and fibre; in addition they are rich in vitamin C that improves burning fat capabilities during moderate type exercise.
Squash
It is low in calories and high in fibre so you will feel full for longer period as it is bulky food type.
