Avocado
They are rich in MUFA that has been linked to lower LDL level and high HDL level, in addition avocados are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber that slow digestion and control blood sugar.
Nuts and seeds
Almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts, etc. are great healthy fat options to be included into your diet. Just do in moderation as portions are easily under-estimated.
Olives
Olives are great source of MUFA and adding to the diet may control blood sugar and prevent risk of diabetes type 2.
