Today I will mention top 10 food that increase longevity and lower risk of illness. Try to add one-two food weekly in order to improve your overall health.

They are delicious and contains healthy filling fats: omega-3 which improve heart, brain and overall health. You can enjoy avocados as snack or with salad.


Walnuts

You can enjoy handful of walnuts as they contain good amount of omega-3 and protein. Omega-3 increase longevity and prevent dementia thus protect brain from aging and fighting heart disease.


Vegetables

They are rich in nutrients and antioxidants. Moreover they are good for weight loss and you can enjoy 5-9 servings daily to keep your body healthy.
