Blood pressure is a chronic disease that is affecting large population and put them on serious health problems. The problem with blood pressure that is has no symptoms until it reaches life threatening stage. But with dietary changes and healthy lifestyle blood pressure can be improved; if it is left uncontrolled it may lead to severe health problems like stroke. Today I swill mention three beverages that may lower blood pressure.

Hibiscus tea

Packed with antioxidants and other essential nutrients, studies suggest that hibiscus tea may help systolic and diastolic blood pressure.


Green tea

Researchers found that the polyphenols in green tea can help combat and treat various health problems, including hypertension.


Black tea

Research has shown that drinking black tea can have a positive effect on blood pressure. Drinking black tea may help improve the function of endothelial cells, which line the interior of blood vessels. The flavonoids found in tea have been shown to improve the blood vessel’s tone and reduce body weight and abdominal fat.
