There are several types of diet like vegan, vegeterian, flexitarian, keto and paleo and more and more.. that we found them online daily. But what is really important is just the quality of food that is entering to our bodies. The best type of diet is simply the well balanced diet that include all essential nutrients needed for nromal body functioning.
For example, lean red meat, such as lamb, pork and beef, is a rich source of protein, which is important for the growth and repair of muscles and bones.
Beef is also a good source of a type of iron that is more readily absorbed from lean red meat than other sources such as pulses, nuts, seeds and leafy green vegetables.
A healthy balanced diet simply incorporate all food groups in the right proportions.
You need simply to eat lean protein, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, whole grains and low fat dairies.

The well balanced diet not only effective for weight loss moreover, it is good for nourishing your body with nutrients, vitamins and energy needed for healthy body.
A diet that exclude meat products like vegan oe vegeterian may icnrease risk of iron, B12 and calcium deficiency. Including meat as a part of well balanced diet is important to support body with iron and zinc.
