Swapping sugary food is a good way to reduce your waistline.


You can add avocado instead of sugary food and this will help in weight loss due to low sugar content as well it is a good source of fibre and good healthy fat.


Another option is to sip water and lemon for additional detoxifying effect.


You need to know that you shouldn’t cut back on all your carbs intake instead you need to make healthy and smart option. So well whole grains bread are loaded with fibre and they are important for normal bowel movement and feeling of satiety.


Don’t forget exercise to build muscles and boost your metabolism. Choose resistance training like push ups and bicep curls.


Running, cycling, power yoga and even skipping are also recommended.
