Superfood to be eaten everyday!

Today I will mention 6 healthy food that provides you with optimal nutrition.

Legumes

They are good source of plant-based protein, soluble and insoluble fibre for feeding beneficial bacteria and keep microbiomes nice and healthy, and rich in vitamin B.

You can eat them with soups, salad, hummus or you can mix them with rice.


Eggs

They are good source of protein, you can add them on breakfast with wholegrain bread or on dinner with vegetables.


Citrus

They are good as they provides body with energy, vitamin C which is powerful antioxidant for immunity, digestion and preventing wrinkles. it gives me energy, and while research is still out, it has been said to aid in weight loss, digestion, and immunity.


Garlic

Garlic is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, and manganese. In addition it boosts the immune system and combat the common cold. It lowers blood cholesterol, which can lower the risk of heart disease. It is rich also in sulphur which decreases the risk of organ damage. It combats fungal infections that can colonize the gut or vaginal canal.


Bone Broth

It is nutrient dense as it is rich in glycine and protein. It protects the gut and support detoxification process.


Greens

They are good source of vitamins and minerals. Enjoy them with soup and salad. As well you can enjoy them raw.
