Moreover, other health benefits could be better sleep, improved heart health and blood pressure, reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, decreased the risk of osteoporosis, stronger teeth, etc.

Here are a few tips to help you lose weight even faster:


1. Replace sodas and sugary drinks with water as it is zero calories

2. Drink water 30 minutes before meals as it curbs appetite.

3. Add more fibre, protein and healthy fat to your diet and meals so they curb appetite, improve satiety feeling and help you in weight loss.

4. Cut back on processed food as they are loaded with unhealthy fat, salt, sugar and calories.

5. Stay active and do at least 150 minutes of exercise weekly.

6. Manage stress and get enough sleep as lack of sleep and stress have been linked to sugar cravings and weight gain.
