The Everyday Foods That Reduce Belly Fat


Belly fat is associated with high risk of blood pressure, diabetes, stroke and heart disease. Decreasing risk of belly fat can be by increase intake of soluble fiber in fruits, vegetables and beans.


For example two small apples or one medium size apple, cup of green beans and half cup of pinto beans provides about 10 grams of fiber. In addition, appropriate exercise is needed.


So healthy lifestyle, including fiber rich food and exercise are needed to lose belly fat and improve overall health.
