1-day detox diet plan for weight loss: Morning to night routine to cleanse your body and mind


Introduction:

Weight gain, bloating, insomnia, allergies or indigestion could be signs that your body need cleansing or Detox.


According to expert when there is seasonal changes from winter to spring it is the best time to cleanse your body, eat right and adapting healthy habits.


You can Detox or cleanse your body within one day but you need to clean your mind too, so leave your tablet, phone or T.V. and move around.


What should you do to detox in one day?

Here is a routine you can follow for one day to detox your body – from morning to night.


Morning detox

Drink: Start your day with a glass of warm lemonade to detox your body, ease digestion and hydrate your body.


Meditate: You need to clean your mind too, so meditation will help you to become more relaxed and less stressed. Detox program will not work if you don’t clean your mind.


Eat: Healthy breakfast is important while applying Detox so you need to have a healthy meal rich in antioxidant. You can eat a green salad that contains cucumbers and spinach, or eat avocados and pears. Drinking green tea is also a good option.


Afternoon detox

You need to avoid heavy lunch as it can make you lazy and affect the rest of the day. Eat a light salad or curd rice to keep yourself light and avoid packaged food. After finishing lunch go for a walk.


After lunch you can take a nap of 20 minutes and when you feel hungry have a bowl of berries.


Evening detox

You may have sauna, shower or a good massage session this will help to detox your body.


For dinner, you need to have light meal and keep it simple. Roasted chicken or vegetables are a good idea for a liver detox – something you might need after a party night of binge drinking.


Night

Try hibiscus tea before lying into your bed as it is refreshing and loaded with anti-oxidants. It also helps reduce blood pressure, bad cholesterol and strengthens your digestive system. Make sure it is caffeine free. After drinking tea make sure to meditate. Sleep without accessing your tablet or phone.
