You should never skip meals as bile juices build up and raises cholesterol level and with time the waxy fats will turn into gallstones. Some bile acid will cause gallbladder cancer .So try to have regular meal time

But research suggests that those stones are actually lumps of oil and juice. The cleanses also can cause side effects, such as stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhoea. So stay away.
