Probiotics are living microorganism that you can take them from fermented food or supplements. Probiotics have been shown improved digestive system, weight loss and improved health conditions. You can increase your intake by adding yogurt, soft cheese and fermented food to your regimen. They are the good bacteria that boost health.
Today I will mention 5 important health benefits of probiotics.

A study found that probiotics may help treat bipolar disorder, a psychiatric condition characterised by mood swings ranging from depressive lows to manic highs. The study suggest that probiotics decrease inflammation in the gut that is related to bipolar disorder.
Helps with weight loss
Probiotics help in weight loss by delay hunger sensation so you will feel full for longer period and less fat will be stored; as a result you will burn more calories and lose weight. However, some studies found certain probiotics, such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, may result in weight gain.
