We are humans, and we can not ignore that the desire of eating is very joyful, and junk food is very delicious. But did you think about your body before enjoying this high fat meal, this cheesy burger or sweet chocolate?
Okay , you may change your mind after reading this post. The side effects of obesity on health are serious and dangerous and sometimes can not be reversible.

CHD or coronary heart disease

Gallbladder disease
Osteoarthritis
Sleep apnea ( breathing starts and stops repeatedly, loud snoring can be a symptom)
Some cancers (endometrial, breast, colon, kidney, gallbladder, and liver)

Mental illness such as clinical depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders
Difficulty in physical functioning
