We all know that our children are addicted to chocolate, sweet and chips, and for sure this is true because we give the everything they need without noticing the side effects on their health. We can give parents some tips just to keep their children in healthy lifestyle and protect their health. Obesity rebound mainly occur at age 5-6; it corresponds to the second rise of BMI. Early adipose rebound put your child at higher risk of having obesity and chronic diseases in the future.

First, you just go for home-made fresh food instead of junk food

Let your children play more, watch less. Today, most of our children have Ipads, tablets or even phone; they spend more time on screens and forget playground and football. Let them engage physical activities, let them use stairs, play with sand and run as much as they can.

Let their meals be high in cereals; why not? if they wake up in the morning drinking a cup of milk with high fiber cereals.

Their snack could be fruits ,fruit salad or even fresh fruit juice.

Do they love burger? Okay lets make it healthier but how?!

I recommend to use high fibers burger pan with baked potatoes in the oven with lettuce, tomato and onions then bake fish or burger in the oven.. How delicious this gonna be?

Spinach and broccoli are high sources of iron, add them to meals to enrich your child food with them.
