Introduction:

Tree nuts such as walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pistachios, pecans, macadamias, hazelnuts and pine nuts were strongly associated with reduced risk of coronary events, cardiac death and total mortality


Eating handful of tree nuts has ben linked with lower risk of cardiovascular disease, lower level of cholesterol, stroke and type 2 diabetes. The mechanism is not true how nuts work to improve blood vessels health but it may be referred to omega-3 content: unsaturated fatty acid that has been linked with improved heart health.


Cardiovascular disease is common among people with type 2 diabetes and is a leading cause of death and stroke.


Overall well-balanced diet is really important for controlling blood sugar and lowering complications. Adding some food to diet may boost your overall health just watch your serving.
