? Well, the myth that nutritional yeast is loaded with synthetic flavour-enhancing monosodium glutamate (MSG) in addition to all that protein and fiber. But considering yeast the fact is the taste is caused by naturally occurring glutamate.
3. it’s fortified with B12 vitamins.
B12 is an essential vitamin needed for healthy nervous system and red blood cells production. A deficiency in B12 lead to anaemia and this a big issue in vegan people so now they can have enough vitamin consuming yeast.

Yeast contains beta-glucan which is a fiber also found in whole grains, oats, barley, and other heart-healthy foods. It has been linked with lower blood cholesterol.

Nutritional yeast has a high concentration of antioxidants. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant found in yeast. It protect against damage and eliminate toxins from the body. Moreover, it supports liver function.
It is important to get enough glutathione as you get older due to lower level produced by your body.

It is a good source of zinc and thus control blood sugar. That means fewer cravings, better energy levels, great sleep, and a lower risk of metabolic disease.
