Bloating is a very annoying feeling that may affect your overall day. Sometimes even the right things we do while we wake up can affect bloating. Reasons are so many and your doctor may decide the common bad habit that increases your risk of bloating.


Causes of bloating may be linked to some small mistakes instead of health issues.

Bloating is mainly related to digestive tract. It is different from water retention and it is mainly the trapping of gas, solid and maybe liquid in the GI tract leading to the unpleasant sensation. Starting your day with breakfast may affect your overall day including bloating sensation.


It is important to learn the main causes of bloating and how to keep track on them and to deal with them. If your bloating is persistent, you may want to speak to a doctor, but many times, these symptoms can be dealt with by changing your everyday habits.

Here are seven morning habits that can cause bloating, according to experts.


1. Eating On the Go

Eating quickly while you are dressing up or just moving and walking is linked to bloating as it alters the ability of body to send signals to brain.

2. Having A Carb-Heavy Breakfast

Some common food that cause bloating are beans, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower.


7. Drinking Milk In Your Tea Or Coffee

Sometimes you may not notice lactose intolerance symptoms as simply you don’t link them to bloating caused by an afternoon coffee.

If you feel bloated after coffee or milk consumption, you can try dairy substitute to notice changes in your digestive symptoms.
