Weight loss plans are not easy as you imagine and they require avoidance of uhealthy choices along with addition of nutrients that are important to boost metabolism.


ALMONDS

Snacks on almonds lead to more stable blood sugar and then less cravings. According to studies consumption of 1/3 cup daily of nuts is linked to low wasit circumference, BMI and weight loss. Just choose raw and unsalted types.


APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

According to studies apple cider vinegar lower blood sugar and improves insulin sensitivty. Add one tablespon to warm water before 20 minutes of meal consumption. You can add vinegar to olive oil as a healthy salad dressing.


AVOCADO

Avocados are rch in MUFA which has been linked to fat burning and weight loss. In additino they are rich in fiber, vitamins A, C and K, as well as the minerals potassium and magnesium. Just keep consumption in moderation as calories can be added very quickly.


BLUEBERRIES

They improves insulin sensitivity to lower fat storage and contain powerful anitoxidant.


CHILIES

They reduce inflammation and lower blood sugar. Moreover, they add flavor to your food and because your body needs more calories to digest them they are considered as fat burning food.


CINNAMON

Metabolic syndrome is a collection of symptoms that include: excessive abdominal fat, high blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, and abnormal cholesterol and triglyceride levels. According to studies cinnamon may improve metabolic syndrome. Simply sprinkle some cinnamon on your breakfast cereal or oatmeal in the morning, and add to stews or curries.


COCONUT

They contain medium chain trglycerides that boost fat burning and improve thyroid gland function.


DANDELION

Dandelion root is very important to support healthy liver. Dandelion also contains a natural substance known as alpha-glucosidase that is nature’s blood sugar reducer, making it useful in the treatment of diabetes. Off course you need always consult your doctor.

Green tea contains a powerful phytonutrient known as epigallo-catechin gallate (EGCG) which increases the rate at which fat is burned in the body, while also stabilizing blood sugar levels.
