Magnesium is a key mineral needed by the body to function properly. Many people are deficient in magnesium. You can find it is seeds, nuts, legumes or green leafy vegetables.


Magnesium supplements are important to lower blood sugar and blood pressure. In addition they improve heart function, lower depression and migraine.
