Food you can eat when you are on a FODMAP diet:

Meat,fish and eggs:


All fat and oils


Most herbs and spices


Nuts and seeds: Almonds, cashews,peanuts,macadamia nuts, pine nuts, sesame seeds except pistashios


Fruits: banana, blueberries,cantaloup, grapefruit,grapes,kiwi,lemons,lime, mandarins, melon except watermelon,oranges, passionfruit, raspberries,strawberries


Sweeteners: maple syrup, molasses, stevia and most sugar alcohols


Dairy products: Lactose free dairy products, hard cheeses and aged soft varieties like brie and camembert


Grains: corn,pats,rice,quinoa, sorghum, tapioca


Vegetables: alfalfa, bell peppers, boy chock,carrots,celery,cucumbers,eggplant,ginger,olives,spinach,green onion,squash,sweet potatoes,tomatoes,turnips,yams,water chestnuts, zucchini
