According to studies sleep deprivation affects physiological system and increase risk of heart disease, weight gain and insulin resistance.
This can be affected by two night without getting enough sleep.
People who don’t get enough sleep are at high risk of weight gain as they tend to eat more when they don’t go to sleep and there is increase in peak of snacking.
Moreover, people who lack enough sleep have lower insulin sensitivity and blood sugar regulation.
Make sure to date with your pillow.
