Vegetables are very nutritious yet important for your health but ounce you are on a high fat low carbs diet veggies can break off your ketosis state. So you need to add vegetables that are low in carbs yet beneficial to your health and keto diet.


1 Pumpkin

Pumpkin puree is low in carbs and good source of fibre. It is allowed in moderation on keto diet. There are 7 grams of net carbs per ½ cup serving.


2 Kale
