Introduction:

People have daily struggles in weight loss. But we all know that the best way to lose weight is a well balance healthy diet. Weight loss will result in fat reduction from all your body and this will gives your body many health benefits. But people nowadays are engaging regimen and fitness program to target specific body for weight loss. As weight loss from waistlines, thighs and belly where most excess fat will be stored can be a good goal. But the spot reduction theory has not be proven scientifically.


Spot reduction: Is it possible to target belly fat or specific body parts?

Many studies have been done on the effect of exercise targeting specific area of the body and the results were people who performed only exercises targeting the abdominals for six weeks reported no reduction in belly fat. Another study were done on overweight and obese women who did resistance training of the abdominals had no effect on belly fat loss, compared to dietary intervention alone.


What’s the best way to trim belly fat while losing weight?

Exercise alone will not give you your goals and is not enough for weight loss program. Fitness program along with healthy diet that include a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and protein while avoiding or limiting intake of processed foods and added sugar.


The best meal plate should have plenty of fibre, protein, and good fats in controlled portions, combined with regular exercise can help you lose weight, including those troublesome areas like the belly, hips, thighs, and arm.
