Snacks are very important for fighting hunger, regulating weight and providing energy.

If you feel hunger or get annoyed from routine snacks here are some ideas to make healthy and delicious snacks at the same time:

*Oatmeal cereals with honey ( 3/4 cup of cereals with 1 teaspoon of honey)

* Tuna Salad served with lemon ( 45 grams of tune+1/2 lemon+ 1/4 cup of corn+ lettuce)

* Mixed fruits salad with honey ( 1/2 mixed cup of fruits with 1 teaspoon of honey)

*Avocado and almonds ( 1 tablespoon of avocado with 6 almonds)

* Almonds butter with slices of apple ( 1 tablespoon of almond butter and 1 medium size apple)

* Flavored yogurt with honey and almonds ( flavored yogurt, 1 teaspoon of honey and 6 almonds)
