Like all food group’s carbs could be good and bad for your health:
Complex carbs like whole grains bread, oatmeal and quinoa are very healthy and contains fibre which is important for normal digestion and bowel movement.
Today we will learn how to cut your carbs intake and sure we are talking about reducing intake of refined carbs not complex carbs.
· Drinking tea and coffee “black” option
· Cutting out sweetened yogurts and beverages
· Lowering bread consumption
· Cutting out soda and on diet sodas
· A high-cocoa dark chocolate bar contains only a third of the carbs in milk chocolate.
· Vegetable noodles offer minimal amounts of carbohydrate, but traditional noodles are one of the most carb-rich foods there are.
· Opting for a lettuce-wrap burger can reduce the carbohydrate content of a burger.
· Replace cereals with eggs or yogurt at breakfast

· Beer is very high in carbs so lowering intake of beer reduce overall carbs intake
· Almond flour has a much lower carbohydrate content than wheat flour.
· Switching out sugar for a sweetener is an easy swap to cut carb intake.
· The carbs in milk can quickly add up, and some people don’t realize how much they are drinking.
· Fruit juices are loaded with carbs and calorie add up quickly.
· Homemade food allows us to limit the amount of sugar and other additives in our meal.
· Add more protein rich food to enhance satiety and lower cravings
· Low-fat products are mainly loaded with sugar
