Okay some people think that getting healthy food is really hard yet expensive and are not on budget, but they don’t really know that some tips can save money and still helping them to reach their goals.


1. Reduce food waste

Don’t throw out food instead save them in the fridge or freezer for later use. You can make from waste food snacks or even complete meal


2. Skip organic (sometimes)

Organic products are trendier today but skip them as they are expensive and switch to fresh fruits and vegetables to have more vitamins and minerals, fiber and antioxidants.


3. Buy frozen and canned produce

You can now buy frozen fruits and vegetables at affordable prices they are nutritious and low in calories too


Canned vegetables make the access to vegetables always easy but be careful to choose low sodium cans.


4. Try meal delivery services:

You can try meal delivery services that provides you with daily meals while still are on budget, if you find them with non-affordable price you need to try hoe cooking and light dinner recipe at your home.


5. Add beans

Beans are cheap yet they are good source of protein and fiber so they help you to slim your waistline and feeling full so they curb appetite.


6. Just slow down

You need to slow down and chew slowly so that you can notice hunger and satiety feeling and let your gut listen to your brain to stop eating. Although prevent distractions like watching tv or using phone so make eating a single activity.
