Set achievable targets
You need to set realistic goals yet achievable and always accept the result don’t over estimate your goals as it can affect the way your diet is going on.
No sugar
You need to decrease sugar in addition to refined carbs as they can be stored as fat into your body and the result will be only weight gain!
Home-cooked food
You need to cook at home and prepare your meals ahead. The result will be healthy meals instead of food with high preservatives!
