How to keep coffee a healthy drink

Coffee is good for health as it improves cognition and help to ward off diabetes and boosting athletic performance. Adding sugar may make coffee full of calories so try these smart steps to maximize coffee benefits while having low caloric drink.
ADD MILK
Cow’s milk is rich in calcium and protein. If you are not lactose intolerant then try it. In addition it is rich in potassium, phosphorus and riboflavin that are lost in fortification process in like almond soy or other nut or grain milks contain more calcium than a cup of milk
ADD FLAVOR WITHOUT SUGAR
Try cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa. Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and may positively affect blood-sugar levels, while cocoa can have heart healthy effects.
TRY MUSHROOM COFF
Mushroom coffee which is made from coffee beans and dried exotic mushrooms, it is said to help improve concentration levels, fight fatigue and boost the immune system.
DRINK IT WARM
Try hot-brewed coffee that is loaded with antioxidant and has measurable health benefits, including lower risk of some cancers, diabetes and depression.
CONSIDER ADDING MCT OIL
Adding MCT oil that is derived from coconut oil can make you feel fuller, prompting you to eat less. In addition you will be able to exercise for longer before reaching exhaustion. If you add MCT oil to your coffee, start with a small amount to see what your body can tolerate, since some people experience GI problems.
