We all know that we need to creat a calorie deficit diet to lose weight but such an important factor in the process is metabolsim. A lot of people get confused about metabolism and suffer from low metabolic rate. Today I will provide some simple three steps to follow in order to increase speed up your metabolsim.


First thing to do is to calculate your total calorie needs and this canbe done easily by using an online calculator or by visiting a dietetic clinic where nutritionist can assit you.


Next step is to increase your daily movement. Diet is the most important factor to lose weight but dont forget physical acitvity as it makes 30% of the process. Incresing your daily steps could increase muscle mass, improve fitness level and increase metabolism.


Finally, dont and never ever reward yourself with food. Whatever is your status happy or upset try to keep yourself busy so you can read a journal, have a walk with your dog or call your best friend.


Dont complicate your life so keep it easy and try to live just a well balanced diet and then you will see your goals get accomplished!
