Bloated stomach can result from consumption of food that are hard to digest.Adding some food may relief bloated stomach.


Yoghurt

Lemon juice

Pineapple

First, vitamin C protects cells from damage as it is a powerful antioxidant, while maintaining healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage.


Vitamin B1or thiamine helps to break down and realise energy from food.

Bromelain is one enzyme found in pineapples, which helps break down food and reduces swelling.
