Adding some food can really help you in boosting metabolism, burning calories and losing weight.
1. Eggs
They are rich in protein and they are full filling yet they provide 75 calories per one whole egg. You can add eggs as snack or breakfast to your diet. Don’t forget them as pre-workout meal!
2. Low fat yoghurt
It is rich in calcium and protein but low in fat which make it good choice for weight loss. You need to read label carefully as extra sugar can be added.
3. Ginger
Ginger is beneficial for carbs digestion, fat burning and insulin regulation which make it good choice for diabetic patients, obese and cardiovascular disease patients according to studies. In addition it curb the feeling of hunger.
4. Nuts
Nuts are good snack even if they are high in fat. The moderation is the key and you can add them to breakfast or as single snack. Avoid salted choices!
5. Papaya
It contains vitamin C and E both are powerful antioxidant. In addition it provides only 43 calories per 100 grams. Studies have been shown that papaya and due to enzyme called papain, which aids digestion.
6. Chilli peppers
Spicy food increase metabolism and this is due to the fact the body need more calories to burn spices. According to studies, there may be potential for capsaicinoids to be used as long-term, natural weight-loss aids.
