1-Low carb diet: Low refined sugar

Following low carbs diet that exclude food rich in starch and simple sugar. Instead I will encourage consumption of complex carbs that help you feel more satisfied while you will burn more fat and still lose weight.


2- Eat when hungry

Ounce you feel hungry is the best time to eat as eating at regular interval without being hungry may lead to over consumtpion of food

Following mentioned are the foods to take when you are hungry to get filled soon:

– Butter

– Olive oil

– High fat cream

– Meat

– Bacon

– Fatty fish

– Coconut oil

– Eggs


3- Eating real foods

While you are on low carbs diet this does not mean you need to enjoy food with artifical sweetners, the facts is that you need real food like fish, chicken and nuts in addition to low carbs vegetables and fruits.


4- Skip meals

You need to eat only ounce you feel hungry as eating without being hungry increase consumption of unwanted calories. Just listen to your senses and you will eat when you feel hungry and the result will be for sure weight loss.


5- Take measurements

While you are on a weight loss diet you need to keep yourself on track and this is easy you need to take your weight ounce you start diet and then do it always until you reach your goal.
