Increase protein intake by:

Protein is really important for normal functioning of body but in addition it is helpful for weight loss as lean muscle increase your metabolism. Meat, chicken and fish are good source of protein in addition quinoa, kale and beans. 0.3-0.8 grams/pound is the recommended intake of protein and it depends on your exercise level. How to include protein into your diet plan for an effective weight loss?


Breakfast

Oatmeal is rich in fibre and help you feel full for longer period in addition one half cooked cup provides you with three gram of protein. Adding it to non-fat plain yogurt help you to get more protein.


Lunch

Kale salad help you feel full in addition energized when one cup provides 3 grams of protein. To get more protein add two tablespoons of sunflower seeds on your salad for an extra three grams of protein. You’ll also get the essential mineral magnesium, which your body needs to recover and reduce soreness after working out.


Dinner:

Try chicken or tuna as it is light meal yet proving good amount of protein, instead of rice try quinoa as it provides double amount of protein.
