Hot Water Vs Cold Water; Which Is Better For Quick Weight Loss


Water is the major liquid and fluid for your body, it made up to 70% of your body. It is essential for weight loss and getting rid of toxins.

Hot water may increase metabolism and fat burning by raising core body temperature. Water naturally hydrates your body and help in absorbing nutrients. In addition water relieves constipation you need to stay hydrated to improve blood circulation as you can not only rely on hot water for weight loss.


Other factors for weight loss


Drinking hot water only will not result in weight loss as you need to maintain healthy lifestyle and you need to increase your workout so you need to eat less junk food, increase whole grains intake and focus on plant-based protein and drinking enough water.


Make sure if you are thirsty or hungry?


You need to know if what you feel is really hunger or thirst as confusion may occur and this due to that same part of brain stimulate both hunger and thirst sensation. The solution will be drinking 1-2 glass of water if this don’t make you satisfied than you need extra calories and it is really hunger!


Conclusion

Hot water is linked to many health benefits and we really need water for normal body functioning but instead don’t focus on water only for weight loss as it cannot work alone without weight loss diet and exercise.
