Healthy snacks yet delicious

Introduction:

Whenever you go to the fridge you find unhealthy snack and unfortunatly you will break your diet, instead try to fill your kitchen with a basket of ruits, box of quinoa or a jar of peanut butter.


1. Crunchy apples

Having 1-2 apples daily is a great idea for healthy snack that provides your body with neeed energy and fiber.


2. Nut butter

Peanut butter or almond butter are good idea for snack, they are rich in protein and full filling fat. Be careful about portion size, have 2 tablespoon and dip apples into them to enjoy a healthy snack


3. Dried coconut, figs, and dates

Combine dried fruits like dates, figs and coconut with nuts to get more protein and still satisfying your sugar craving


4. Popcorn

Air made popcorn is a satisfying snack yet rich in carbs and may satisfy the sweet taste of your mouth


5. Plain-fat yogurt

Mix granola or cereals with plain Greek yogurt for feeling satisfied and get enough protein, fiber and fat too.


6. Bell peppers

Increase veggies at your free time and peppers in their different colour are good idea for snack.


7. Hummus

Dip your veggies with hummus and enjoy this healthy snack. Be careful about portion size.


8. Seed crackers

Organic Crackers, made with brown rice, quinoa, and seeds are good source of carbs, fiber and protein.


9. Nuts

Nuts are an easy snack yet nutritious rich in protein, fiber and fat in addition they are satisfying.


10. Granola

Enjoy granola with fruits for maximizing your carbs and fiber intake.
