We all know that nuts are very healthy snack unless you have nuts allergy and are rich in healthy fat: MUFA and PUFA, fiber and protein. Moreover they have both anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory functions. They can protect heart health and improve satiety feeling. As portion size differ between different types of nuts, a handful can be overestimated.
