Green leafy vegetables are low in calories and high in nutrients and make you feel hungry adding avocado that is high in good fat and fill up your stomach, in addition, it helps in absorbing antioxidant fighting disease in vegetables.


Chicken breast provides 27 grams of protein and less than 150 calories, it fills you up and provides satiety feeling. Adding cayenne pepper for flavoring and increase calories burning.


Oatmeal and walnuts together provide 6 grams of fiber and help in weight loss by decreasing the rate of digestion as they take up space. In addition, they provide a good source of protein.


Eggs: Eggs as breakfast help people to eat less throughout the day as they are good of protein. Add beans and pepper help you feel more satisfied.
