Fat Helps You to Feel Full
Food takes the longest time to be digested by your body rather than carbohydrate. Once you feel full you may have a longer time between meals. It is okay to eat whole eggs with regular cheese rather than egg whites with reduced fat cheese. It is okay to add 2 teaspoons of dressings to make your freshly healthy salad tastier but never forget moderation, all food is good if we use them in moderation.
Replacing bad fat with good ones is a good idea, why is it difficult to replace butter with a slice of avocado or olive oil, nothing is hard if we have the will sense.
