Ginger was used over the years to treat vomiting, nausea and upset stomach. But recently many people use it as a secret ingredient to loose weight. Lets start first by its benefits on health and then we will mention how to prepare your drink using ginger roots or powder to loose weight.
Benefits on health:
It relieves nausea and morning sickness. In this case don't use it from more than 4 days
It has anti-inflammatory effect as it relieves pain
It relieves headache if you suffer from cold and flu
Fresh ginger is used for asthma, coughs, colic, heart palpitations, swellings, dyspepsia, loss of appetite and rheumatism,
The dried root is used to inhibit vomiting and treat diarrhea.
The cons:
It may interact with some medications, ask your doctor before use
It may cause bloating, gas and heartburn

Ingredients:
1/2 or 1 teaspoon of Dried ginger powder
250 ml of water
Honey for making taste better
Preparation:
Boil water then add ginger powder and let them boil together
Lower the flame and simmer for 2 minutes
Add honey as a flavoring agent
Serve it hot
