Here are 5 winter fruits to eat whether you’re interested in losing weight or simply want to make healthy changes in your food habits.


Grapefruit

It has low glycaemic index, it is low in calories but rich in minerals, vitamins, fibre and antioxidant. It reduces blood pressure, waist circumference and burn fat.


Pomegranates

Pomegranates are very low in calories but high in antioxidants and nutrients, including fibre, electrolyte potassium, making it an excellent pre- or post-workout snack option for a serious gym session. Delicious in taste, the fruit can help boost your immune system, helping you fight diseases and stay healthy.
