Fruits are a major part of healthy diet plan. But not all fruits are equal in weight loss effect.


Apples: 1 medium apple: 95 calories


Apples are juicy, crunchy and rich in fibre. Eating three apples per day help you in weight loss plan as they are packed with fiber that help you feel full for a longer period.

Watermelon: 1 cup diced watermelon: 46 calories


It is low in calories with a high water content so it is a satisfying snack as it contains 90% as water that help you feel full. Incorporating watermelon into diet provides you satisfying snack with low calorie and satisfy your sweet tooth.


Raspberries: 1 cup raspberries: 64 calories, 0.5g fat, 1mg sodium, 14.5g carbs, 8g fibre, 5.5g sugars, 1.5g protein
