With the beginning of New Year, news goals are set and new hopes too. But if your aim is healthy lifestyle and weight loss so let us start with high quality protein that gives you energy while helping you in reaching your goals.


Cheddar cheese

It is a good source of protein when half fat version provides about 10 grams more than full fat cheese. Whenever you are on a high protein diet, you may add cheddar cheese.


Salmon

It is a rich in protein and omega-3. It provides about 24.2 grams of protein per 100 grams. It control hunger as it helps you feel full for longer period of time.


Eggs

They provides 13 grams of protein per 100 grams but they are high quality protein when they contains 18 amino acids; 9 of them are essential. They can be added to your diet easily in addition they are tasty and yummy.


Pork chop

Lean grilled pork chop is a good idea as it provides 31.6g of protein per 100g. It is rich in thiamine that help you to recover after exercise quickly.
